16th StopTrik IFF Call for Entries Deadline Extended to July 17
We know how it is – early July deadlines are a nightmare (same here!) so this is a message to all the latecomers, procrastinators, artists finishing their work tomorrow, animators who have just realized there is a great place to showcase their stop motion jewels and all the other souls working under time pressure: you have one more week! No more – but that’s still something!
Of course, you’re welcome to submit already now via:
The Official Selection of StopTrik IFF:
(1) Stop Motion Competition - traditional use of stop motion techniques (puppets, clay, cut-out, pixilation, object animation, etc.)
(2) Borderlands Competition - stop motion experimental films (combining stop motion with other cinematic - animation and live-action - techniques)
(3) Stop Motion for Children - films made in stop motion techniques for children’s audiences
(4) Panorama - up to 2 non-competitive sections
We accept professional as well as student and independent films; music videos and singular series episodes. General conditions regard: (1) use of stop motion techniques (at least in some parts of the work), (2) films should be made after 1.1.2024, (3) runtime no longer than 30 minutes.
At the same time we’re deeply thankful to all the Filmmakers, Distributors, Producers, and Educators who have already filled out our entry form. The Selectors are already enjoying your works!
