Yuliia Tabenska

is a Ukrainian artist, book illustrator, picturebook author and animation creator based in Poland. She works across illustration, collage and experimental animation. She is the director, author, set designer and animator of “Talk to Me” (her debut animated film). For over a decade she has collaborated with Ukrainian and Polish cultural institutions and authors. Her works have been exhibited internationally, including at book fairs in Paris, Frankfurt and Warsaw. She is a two-time recipient of the Polish Ministry of Culture “Gaude Polonia” scholarship.
