1993, Slovenia, 5'
Surely you've heard of the Hribci? They’ve been around since time immemorial; you have to look no further than the next hill. So begins the famous comic strip by Marjan Manček, and so begins this animated adventure. In this story, the Hribci fancy some breakfast. An egg rolls into the water, and instead of a normal fish they catch a wish-granting one. As always, they find themselves in all sorts of hilarious prehistoric predicaments, and their wisdom, delivered as comically twisted proverbs, still rings true today.
