2016, Estonia, Finland, 4’08’’

Doorbell rings. Someone is at the door. But everything is a mess.

Heta Jäälinoja: “I like to feel things move. I’m interested in rhythm and choreography in both animated drawings a well as real life. And to tell a good story. I like to collaborate with other art forms, such as theatre and documentary film. Sometimes I escape the digital world to printmaking, which is slow and hard and has a different kind of magic in it. I’m a lousy but very happy dancer. I teach drawing animation in Estonian Academy of Arts in Estonia, and in Aalto University & Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki.”
