Astonished by the illusionary worlds of animated films, we strive to find out HOW some sequences have been made, WHY the filmmakers choose particular techniques of stop motion instead of other ones, WHERE the intellectual inspirations and technical enlightenment come from … Each filmmaker's talk about their know-how is going to be illustrated by precious visual materials, such as making-of, storyboards, film documentation, puppets and parts of scenographies.
